Discussion and Action:
Membership: We have a person attending for the primary member who wishes to run for the board. The bylaws currently do not allow for this to happen. After discussion the board nominated Steve Dufaud to call Steve Lebel regarding having a substitute who attends om behalf of the member for the majority of the meeting hold the duties and rights of the primary member including but not limited to running and serving on the board of directors. Steve to find out from Steve Lebel if a proxy form would work, if not what would need to be done.
