Jay Dahlberg is resigning from Questco and going to another PEO. He wanted the group to know that his decision was not related to the service that Questco provides and encouraged everyone to remain with them. They purchased the property for $700,000 in early 2025 through their entity, Rocky Ocean Properties #2, LLC. Following a year of extensive remodeling to restore the historic landmark, Couch is leading the effort to reopen the restaurant under its original name, Navajo Hogan, in March 2026. Johs & Johns has a new location at 870 Garden of the Gods Road. This will be their first drive through.
