Bob Cook has requested a LOA while he recovers from surgery for an injury. Details were discussed and a motion was made by Bob Goss to give Bob Cook leave for 2 months. This was seconded by Neil Arthur and all other respondents agreed. The leave will be revisited at the board meeting in May.

Financials:

Concerns about one member who is behind on his dues, Bob Goss to reach out.

Membership:

Tyler Shull has been on a leave of absence with an expected return at our first meeting on March 4th. He has not returned. He is scheduled to speak to the group on May 20th, Bob Goss to reach out to determine his plan for return.

Paul Hasty of Tint Technologies was interviewed in the meeting today. Karole Campbell made a motion to accept him into the group, seconded by Bob Goss. All voting members agreed. Bob to reach out.

Other business:

The revisions to the bylaws were approved by the members. Bob is formatting them and will get them to the secretary so that they can be posted on the website.

Ray Whitcomb resigned his position on the board.

Our next meeting will be April 15, 2024.

He has requested an extension of his dues, and it was presented that he has until April 1st to bring his account current. Karole Campbell made a motion to accept his leave till March and allow the payment extension till April 1st. Steve Dufaud seconded the motion, all voting members present agreed.

An email vote was sent out to approve a leave of absence for Jay Dahlberg in the month of March while he recovers from his knee surgery. A motion was made by Karole Campbell and seconded by Bob Goss.
