Angelo’s Tavern will be moving into the former Old Chicago Pizza location at 7115 Commerce Drive. The restaurant will have rooftop views of Pikes Peak and is set to open this Summer. Nakhon Luang Thai Kitchen at 805 Village Center Drive.

Financials: Looking good. Request was made to find out if we can pre-pay the El Paso Club for future meetings.
Membership: Will focus on categories to add to the group next year. Also focusing on attendance. There are several members in violation of the attendance policy who have not improved, and their membership will be terminated. The board will get an email from Bob Goss for a motion to proceed.
Guests: Karole Campbell brought Eliza Hill of “Sherwood Showdown” to breakfast today. Heather Smith brought her employee, Faith Sparrow, who will attend for her when she is unable to attend.
Chris Waldron is retiring January 1st. He is currently working on the new owner to assume his membership but wasn’t certain. We held our nominations for the new board members today. Our newest board members are Tom Perkins-President, Bob Cook-Vice President, general board members are Jessica Duru, Jason Leimkuhl, and Ray Whitcomb. They will all serve from January to December 2026. As a reminder we meet on the third Tuesday of every month.
Our continuing board members, John Autry, Mark Copelin, Tom Stewart, and Rick Ward will serve till June 2026.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Jay Dahlberg, Steve Lebel, and Heather Smith for their service to the board this year. We appreciate all you have done for the Prospectors Association.
