Attendance and Membership:
Heather Smith of Talent Elevated, was interviewed by Karole Campbell and John Autry. Both feel that she would be a good member and are recommending that her application for membership be approved. After discussion John Autry made a motion which was seconded by Terry Williams. All voting members approved. Her sponsor Jennifer Railey will call her to give her the news and request that she fill the application on the new website out to make sure her profile and application are saved.
Herman’s Plumbing has been sold. Steve Dufaud to reach out to the new company to offer the membership category to them as we believe it is a company and not individual membership.

Karen Heun is still working with Matt Palis to get the meeting notes and information updated on the website. Matt is incorporating a new password reset module and is working on the block editor.
Financials:
Two people are behind on dues payment. Karen to follow-up with one and Rob Amerine to follow-up with the other.
Christmas Party: We need to determine the date for the final count for attendance to be submitted to the El Paso Club. We will be requesting all sign-ups be complete by November 15th with payments due before the party.
Our next meeting will be November 15th.
