Financials: 
We are looking great with one concern that Bob Goss will follow up on collecting past due payment of dues. 

Membership: 
We have a few members with attendance concerns that Bob Goss will be reaching out to before our next board meeting. 

Another topic is growing our membership. There are new industries that we may want to consider, and the board will email ideas and present them to the membership to recruit new members. 

Our next meeting will be May 20, 2024.

Rylan Blair’s wife, Tia, passed away on Saturday, March 29th. They are having her celebration of life this Saturday, April 12th, at 4:00 pm. Bob Cook has requested a LOA while he recovers from surgery for an injury. Details were discussed and a motion was made by Bob Goss to give Bob Cook leave for 2 months. This was seconded by Neil Arthur and all other respondents agreed. The leave will be revisited at the board meeting in May. 

Our next meeting will be April 15, 2024.

Financials: 

Concerns about one member who is behind on his dues, Bob Goss to reach out. 

Membership:

Tyler Shull has been on a leave of absence with an expected return at our first meeting on March 4th. He has not returned. He is scheduled to speak to the group on May 20th, Bob Goss to reach out to determine his plan for return.

Paul Hasty of Tint Technologies was interviewed in the meeting today. Karole Campbell made a motion to accept him into the group, seconded by Bob Goss. All voting members agreed. Bob to reach out.  

Other business: 

The revisions to the bylaws were approved by the members. Bob is formatting them and will get them to the secretary so that they can be posted on the website.  

Ray Whitcomb resigned his position on the board.

Our next meeting will be April 15, 2024.
