New Member Interview:

Interview was conducted by the board with Chelsea Winney and Josh Winney of “Those Plumb Bros” for the plumbing category.

Jessica Duru to reach out to her guest from last week to invite him to another meeting and let him know that we will conduct an interview with him at our next meeting on 4/16. He is interested in filling the plumbing category in our group.

Our next meeting will be April 16, 2024.

No guests today but, we are actively seeking to fill the plumbing position in the group. If you know any best-of-class companies that are interested in joining, please bring them to our meeting.

Matthew LaFleur attended for Dave Ottoes this morning. Arrow Moving & Storage is interested in maintaining their membership in the group.

Ray Whitcomb is hosting a “Junk Art Bash” on March 22nd from 3:30 pm – 9:00 pm. Come smash a 35 ft. RV, throw paint at a wall, and meet new people.

Let’s grow! Think about people you know who own a best-in-class business. If their category isn’t represented in our membership, invite them to attend. We would love to increase our membership in 2024!

Attendance:

An email vote was held on 2/20/24 to grant a leave of absence for Xiaoxiao Corbell, SSA, until the first meeting of April 2024.

A motion was made by Steve Dufaud, 2nd by Gentry Copelin and all voting members approved. Included in the vote are John Autry, Karole Campbell, Bob Goss, Steve Dufaud, Gentry Copelin, Jessica Duru, Ty Taylor, Heather Smith, Chris Waldron, Tom Perkins, and Rick Ward.

Membership:

Prospectors had a visit from a plumbing company last week that did not submit an application. In light of that, we are looking to add that category. Ty Taylor wants to reach out to Tim Donegan to see if he has a recommendation to minimize crossover. Bob Goss said he would also reach out to Greg Jones to see if he had a recommendation.

Financial Report:

Nothing to report.

Attendance:

Three members are currently in violation of the attendance requirement. Steve Dufaud to reach out to Xiao Xiao Corbell, Karole Campbell to reach out to Jim Martin and Jake Harris. Our goal is to encourage attendance and renewed commitment if possible.
