Discussion and Action:
Membership: Erin Jensen was interviewed at the in-person board meeting, however due to not having a quorum, an email vote was sent to the board members. A motion to approve his membership was made by Tom Perkins and seconded by Ty Taylor at the meeting. All board members listed as responding voted to approve. Motion carries. Karen to notify John Autry of the approval so he can reach out to Erin and update the website.
