Discussion and Action:
Membership: An interview was conducted with Erin Jensen of Jensen Law, P.C. who is applying for the Lawyer category in the group. He is sponsored by John Autry. Members present feel he would be a good fit for the group. A motion was made by Tom Perkins to accept him as a new member, seconded by Ty Taylor. All voting members present voted affirmatively. Though we cannot officially confirm his membership without an email vote due to not being at Quorum. Karen to send out an email to the board for votes from the members not in attendance.
We have (4) member who are in violation of the attendance policy per bylaws. Tom Perkins will send them a letter and follow that up with a phone call.
Our next meeting will be on August 18, 2026.
