Discussion and Action:
Membership: Terry Williams attended the board meeting to let us know that he is retiring. His last meeting will be June 9th. He has an idea of a replacement from Chicago Title and will ascertain his interest and bring him to a meeting before he leaves.
Candy Harman of The Harman Media and Marketing Group (THM2G) submitted her application and was interviewed by the board. After discussion a motion was made by Jason Leimkuhl to approve her membership. This was seconded by Bob Cook and approved by all voting members present. Jessica Duru to call her to inform her of the board’s decision.
Daniel Royal of DMR Solutions Limited submitted his application and was interviewed by the board. After discussion a motion was made by Bob Goss to approve him as a member. This was seconded by Tom Stewart and approved by all voting members present. Karen to let Nick West (sponsoring member) notify Daniel of the board’s decision.
Andrew DeJoy of Specialty Appliance Inc. submitted his application and was interviewed by the board. After discussion a motion was made by Rick Ward to approve him as a member. This was seconded by Jessica Duru and approved by all voting members present. Tom Stewart to call him to inform him of the board’s decision.
Our next meeting will be by notice due to a pending application.
